Erogenous zones. The most sensitive part of your body

In theory, any part of the body can be an erogenous zone. What is an erogenous zone? How many erogenous zones are there? An erogenous zone is an area of the body with increased sensitivity that can produce a stimulated sexual response. However, it is difficult to list exactly how many such areas there are.

The word erogenous is of Greek origin. “Eros” precisely means love. These highly sensitive areas, when stimulated, cause arousal. These parts of the body are erogenous zones because of the large number of nerve endings they contain.

The levels of sensitivity and pleasure one feels when touched in these erogenous zones can vary according to the level of those nerve endings in each individual. What may feel exciting to one person may not be so to another.

The most common erogenous zones include the breasts (including the nipple and areola), the clitoris, the anus, the G-spot and the penis. However there are other erogenous zones that are less obvious. The lips, neck, scalp, ears, thighs (especially the inner thighs), collarbones, abdomen and feet.

Erogenous zones, men and women

Not everything is based on penis and clitoris. Outside the genitals, women and men share the same erogenous zones. While women can find pleasure outside the clitoris and vagina, men can enjoy stimulation that doesn’t just focus on the penis.

Despite the obvious differences, for women, the best known erogenous zones consist of the nipples, clitoris and G-spot. For men, they are the glans, frenulum and prostate.

How do you know what your erogenous zones are?

The only way to really find out which of the erogenous zones are most sensitive is to test them. Sensitivity, which varies from person to person, does not teach a specific way of knowing which areas are most exciting for each individual.

For those who don’t know how to find them, there are some of the zones that are highly recommended. Then it’s just a matter of starting a personal investigation (or the other as this can be a very appealing game).

Ear area

In addition to containing hundreds of sensory receptors on the inside, the outer skin is usually quite sensitive as well.

To stimulate this region it is advisable to gently explore the ears. It is like discovering a different map that can lead to the best sensations that can exist.

Then go in and kiss and nibble on the earlobes, it’s also a great opportunity to enjoy whispering or blowing gently to get that tingling sensation.

Kisses and touches on the neck

If there is one truth in life, it is that kisses on the neck are almost always exciting. In fact, women are considered more vulnerable – in a positive way – and excited.

Combining lips with the neck is very pleasant. It is a suggestion both for those who want to provoke and for those who receive this type of stimulus.

It’s no secret how things can develop. If in doubt, you can start with the sides of the neck, kissing it or gently caressing it with your fingers.

Scalp may seem strange but…

Incorporating a scalp massage in the early stages of foreplay can be really super relaxing. However, it also allows the start for the next steps of excitement.

The scalp is covered with nerve endings, making it one of the most sensitive parts of the body. Targeting this erogenous zone is a great way to get things going as it increases blood flow and releases serotonin and dopamine.

The Stomach, one of the most erogenous zones

The good feeling of butterflies at the touch of a finger. The abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor muscles are connected. This generates high levels of pleasure and produces the climax of the moment.

The key to this erogenous zone is knowing how to provoke the stimulus with the touch. It can vary in terms of how one receives these stimuli.

However, it is a zone considered dangerous once touching this area can induce blood flow to the clitoris and vagina, as well as rapid erection of the penis.

Light touches with the tongue and fingertips create a scenario that stimulates this erogenous zone. Not to mention the many ways to play with other elements that can be part of the moment.

Legs, including knees

More than just caressing the inner thighs very close to the genitals, foreplay can count on the power of daring leg strokes.

Use your fingers. Prepare the tongue. Study the geography of the curves of the legs. Dance from the top of the inner thigh to the feet.

All this accompanied by a passionate and daring look. Get lost between your legs and go much lower than your knees. Yes, explore every part that can present nerve endings for the moment of pleasure.
