Em Skokka, temos muitas reuni\u00f5es para entender como funcionam as estat\u00edsticas. Nos reunimos com chefes de outros pa\u00edses, desenhadores, inform\u00e1ticos, social medias…<\/span><\/p>\n

Nunca trabalhei numa empresa multinacional, h\u00e1 centenas de a\u00e7\u00f5es que desconhecemos.<\/p>\n

Assim, nossos chefes optam por rever os objetivos e em que tipos de a\u00e7\u00f5es empreender, fazemos atividades juntos para nos conhecer um pouco mais e aprender a trabalhar em equipe.<\/p>\n

Uma vez, fizemos um MasterChef juntos, atividades aqu\u00e1ticas, etc.<\/p>\n

O caso \u00e9 que nossa empresa vai muito bem, todos juntos. Cada manh\u00e3, nos saudamos e conversamos um pouco.\u00a0Acredito que tem muita confian\u00e7a em n\u00f3s e pelo cuidado que temos com nossas fun\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Todos estamos sempre prontos para resolver qualquer problema que surja, porque um portal aberto para qualquer um adicionar an\u00fancios pode estar aberto para um namorado com raiva, ou uma mulher em vingan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

H\u00e1 gente que por vingan\u00e7a cria perfis com fotos de conhecidos… ou por brincadeiras, faz perfis de um amigo buscando algu\u00e9m para sexo. Todos os dias lidamos com coisas distintas.<\/p>\n
